Requesting a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at support@ivorybrewcoffee.com with details of your issue. Please include your order number and the reason for the refund request. The refund request must be made within 3 days of order delivery.

Processing Refunds Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment with 5 business days.
